Hi! My name’s Jo. I’m happily disengaged from my generation. In short ( i’m short ), i’m extremely shy until I know you, and then i’m ( apparently ) a little terror. I’ve been legally on my own since the age of 13, due to a troubled upbringing. I’m a left handed city girl, born and raised in a really nasty part of Denver, Colorado.  Yummy. I doubt i’d even be able to function anywhere even resembling a rural area. I’m a freelance designer, and also have a full time job, and run a shop on the side with a friend. I play the cello, piano, and really any string instrument but the cello is my passion. I also have a rather unhealthy obsession with cute things  . I don’t think i’ll ever grow out of it, nor do I see it necessary to. I have a bit of an OCD issue i’ve been told, although I don’t know how much truth there is behind that. I have a few little quirks, nothing too bad. I have 3 dogs, which are all rescues and all have something wrong with them. Their names are Kahlua, 9 yr old pit bull/GSD mix, epileptic, and she’s been with me through all the bad stuff, she kept me sane. Shia, ” shy-uh “who is a male chihuahua, 3 1/2 yrs old. He has inverted knees. & Lastly, Omri, my little partially blind and bi-polar chihuahua who is a 1 1/2 yr old. She is white to the naked eye, but if you drop her in snow she looks like a piddle puddle against pure white. It’s cute. They keep my pretty busy. I’m very passionate about abused / neglected / lost / homeless & disabled animals. And animals and children in general. Aside from all that, i’m a huge video game nerd. I absolutely adore anything related to mario games & old school nintendo, however it is not the extent of my interests, the list could go on forever, but i’ll limit it here for space, and time, and to prevent boredom; But long story short, i’m over the top girly, but looooove cars, games, and the broncos!.

I’ve always adored, and been fascinated by art ( anything ), and have been inspired almost every moment of my life. This might be due to the lack of basically anything growing up, I can’t put my finger on it, but i’m certainly one to stop and smell the roses, look at them closely, and touch them. I take all my inspirations very seriously, but am overwhelmed by them as well. It is what makes me start 100 projects, and never complete any of them, or to be fair, very few. I keep myself extremely busy, with something, anything, all the time. Relaxing and ” doing nothing ” makes me feel like i’m losing my mind. I have to be doing something, and if there’s nothing to do, i’ll just write on something, napkin or paper, it doesn’t matter. Nothing specific, just whatever i’m thinking about. Unfortunately, I’m very diligent in everything I do, which causes a problem when I want to do everything. I have a difficult time expressing myself, which comes out in most of my writings, which are more or less ramblings because of how my brain works. I’m very opinionated, yet i’m extremely open minded at the same time. I’m opinionated about things that most people aren’t, and quite indifferent about things most people feel so strongly about otherwise. I like to make people have long drawn out discussions with me on these small insignificant ( to most ) topics that I feel so strongly about. It’s always good fun…..for me. :wee:  I love bringing things up that surprise people and make them think about things they probably never would have, or considered an issue.

Lastly, I say what I feel, and will do so on this domain as well. People seem to get very flustered with me because i’m so outspoken, and call things as i see them. It’s not a judgment, it’s an opinion, and i’m always up to be proven wrong providing you can do so in the same manner as I speak to you. People just get mad instead and go into tantrums, which ultimately proves my point for the most part. & honestly, it tickles me.

I passionately dislike hypocrites and double standards, two-faced individuals, and manipulators.
